• Brief introduction

Luminescent rigid sheets is a sort of luminescent patent product invented and produced by our company. It is a kind of hard plastic luminescent board, belongs to low display lamp-house rigid sheets. This product is nontoxic, harmless, and it doesn’t contain any radioactive element, its compositive capability is high.

• This rigid sheets is made by PVC material, which has good property of flaming resistance（V2? grade）.
• Has property of salt resistance and can be cleaned (Using scour is okay).
• With good physical mechanical property.
• Has good property of hot resistance and cold resistance, be suitable used in environment -20~50℃.
• Has good property of aging resistance, can be used for 5~10 years indoors, 1~3 years outdoors.
• With good property of scratching resistance (There is a transparent layer on the surface).

• Application

It can be widely used for shipping, vehicle, subway, alleyway, fire control and so on, and can be made into all kinds of signs, also it is suitable for decoration and upholstery indoors.

• Using method and remarks need to be noticed

• It can be printed design on the surface of luminescent rigid sheets to engender background glow.
• It can be cut according to detailed required size, and can add frame to make safety sign, to adhibit or hang on somewhere to realize indication function.
• It can be stick on different object surface, by using double-face adhesive on the back of luminescent rigid sheets, or install by drilling on the edge, it’s easy and convenient to use.
• This luminescent rigid sheets can not be used in temperature environment too high or too low for long time.
• In order to ensure the luminance, the color of different model will have some difference in same series.

• Packing and Storage

1. Packing: packed by carton.
2. Storage：It should be stored in ventilative, dry, shady and cool warehouse，keep temperature 15~30℃.
